Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017 in a case of robbery registered against unknown. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and only material is confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade. A looted mobile has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12728 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Falka (Pothia) Police Station Case No.291 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
