1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to convert present petition into appeal, as same is arises out of the cognizance order, where cognizance for the offences punishable under SC/ST Act was also taken.

3. Considering the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to convert petition into appeal under provisions laid down under Section 14A of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 83873 of 2019(3) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

4. Aforesaid conversion, be made positively, within two weeks after vacation.

5. In the aforesaid terms, this petition stands disposed of.
