ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 15-10-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance to the Respondent No. 4, i.e., the Sub-Divisional Officer -cum- Licensing Authority, Rajauli, vide representation dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure P/2). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4, i.e., the Sub-Divisional Officer -cum- Licensing Authority, Rajauli to consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably
Patna High Court CWJC No.17692 of 2024(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.
