1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.18121 of 2024(2) dt.02-12-2024 2/2 "1(I) For directing the respondent authorities to select the petitioners as beneficiaries under the PMAY-G so that they may get the benefit of the scheme, in the form of pacca house with basic amenities, however, the respondent authorities while selecting the persons residing at Gram Panchayat Raj Sobalpur (Middle, Uttari, Purvi) and Kalyanpur, have weeded out the petitioners in spite of the fact that the name of the petitioners find place in the list of beneficiaries of the year 2014, under the Indira Awaas Yojna.
(II) For directing the respondent authorities to settle the topo land with the petitioners under the PMAY-G, in light of the decision taken by the Govt. and the guidelines contained in letter dated 17.01.2023, communicated to all the D.M. and D.D.C. of the State of Bihar."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
