The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.187 of 2017, a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioners are in custody since 17.11.2017 in a case of robbery lodged against unknown criminals. Submission is that the petitioners were never put on Test Identification Parade nor anything was recovered from their possession. Investigation is complete now and the petitioners are ready to cooperate with the trial. Only material against the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kalyanpur Police Station Case No. 187 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
