The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/ 324/307/ 353/225/ 333/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017. Allegation is that he had assaulted with farsa at the head of the informant. The doctor has found simple injury. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Shri Nagar P.S. Case No.57
