JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No.19 of 2017, a case under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner Ramsevak Yadav caused injury with Dabia at the head of Firan Yadav and petitioner Paras Yadav caused injury with lathi at the leg of Ruchi Kumari. The doctor has not found any injury at the head of Firan Yadav vide injury report at Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14427 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Deodha Police Station Case No. 19 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
