After arguing at length, counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the respondent no. 7 placing all grounds which he raised in this writ application regarding arrears of salary of his suspension and termination period and he further submits that on submission of such respondent no. 7 may also be directed to consider and decide the

3. The above prayer made by the counsel of the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent - State.

4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel, this petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the respondent no. 7 raising all grounds which he raised in this writ petition, it will be done within two weeks from today. On submission of such respondent no. 7 is also directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with relevant rules and laws probably within 45 days from the submission of such application.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
