Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No.174 of 2014, registered under Sections 399, 402 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name by apprehended co-accused Golu Kumar and Antim Kumar Shrivastava, similarly situated other co-accused Ramjan @ Vikky and others have been admitted to bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court by orders dated 05.11.2014, 10.03.2015, 31.03.2015 and 18.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.40190 of 2014, 4455 of 2015, 13044 of 2015 and 10788 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13392 of 2018(3) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 2017 respectively (Annexure-2 series).
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Rajesh @ Rajesh Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of ₹10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No.174 of 2014 with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the trial court and if he absents himself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, his bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
