Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bishanpur P. S. case no. 67/2017 registered under section 3141, 323, 353, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the IPC. Petitioner is said to have obstructed the informant while he was discharging official duty.

Submissions on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case was lodged by the informant when the petitioner made protest of illegal activity of the informant. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14319 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Darbhanga in Bishanpur P. S. case no. 67/2017 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
