ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.81 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the F.I.R in connection with the present case was lodged on 04.04.2017 with regard to an incident which took place on 22.03.2017. It is further submitted that delay in lodging the F.I.R. has not been explained by the informant. The Doctor has opined that the deceased died not out of any external or internal

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State and also that other coaccused have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.56483 of 2017, vide order dated 06.12.2017, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.81 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
