2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mehndiganj P.S. Case No. 144 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
