Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has go not criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2017.
Submission is that the investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.
Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17261 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 the charge or completion of six months of custody whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ladaniya Police Station Case No.226 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
