Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 379, 427, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of firearm injury resulting in death is against co-accused Bhikhu Yadav and Anandi Pandey.

There is general and omnibus allegation of firing against 13 named accused persons including the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14134 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalganj (Town) Police Station Case No. 601 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
