Petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2018. It has been submitted that he was not released as he was accused in some other case. However, the office report further shows that a report has been received from the Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Patna City (Patna), which shows that in pursuance of the order, the petitioner was released, but he has surrendered in the court below on 26.04.2018. Application was for provisional bail for performing the last rituals of the father of the petitioner. In view of the fact that he has surrendered now, this application is disposed of.
