2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 49749 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the fresh ground for renewing the bail petition is that none of the prosecution witnesses has supported the case.

4. A report was called for from the court below which has been received along with the xerox copy of depositions of ten prosecution witnesses including I.O. and Doctor which has been annexed with the record.

5. From perusal of deposition of the witnesses, it appears that none of the witnesses has named the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the trial is on the verge of conclusion. The learned trial court shall take up this matter day-to-day basis and dispose of the sessions trial within a period of three months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

7. With this observations, the present regular bail petition stands disposed of.
