Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 for the offence under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the written complaint, it appears that Jamabandi was created in favour of the petitioners and way back in 196869 now in connection with the said land a Title Suit bearing no. 5323 of 2014 is pending before the Sub-Judge-III, Patna. In the aforesaid backdrop of the fact, when the Title Suit is pending the petitioners deserve anticipatory bail as the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3

Considering the background of the instant case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
