JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 16.04.2018, the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 3,11,880/-.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
