The petitioner is accused in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR but in course of investigation, in the confessional statement of co-accused, Chhote Lal Yadav, name of the petitioner has surfaced and thereafter, he was remanded on 16.05.2019 in the present case from Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 since then he is in custody in the present case. It is further submitted that co-accused, Chhote lal Yadava @ Chhote lal Yadav, has already been granted privilege of bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71317 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 74210 of 2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
