Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.179 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Further submits that the name of the petitioners have surfaced on the confessional statement of accused persons. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74579 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.179 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
