Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.168 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.1974 of 2015, registered under Sections 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Allegation in brief is that 5-6 accused persons turned up in the courtyard of the informant and a bomb got exploded as a result the father of the informant became injured and succumbed to the injury. The accused persons were identified by the informant and the occurrence was committed due to land dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14932 of 2018(5) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 case diary many witnesses have stated that the bomb was kept in the house of the deceased and got exploded accidentally and on account of land dispute, the accused persons have falsely been implicated.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Krishna Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.168 of 2015.
