Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstances other co-accused namely, Pintu Singh and Rabindra Singh have been granted anticipatory bail by this court and the case of this petitioner is identical to that of similarly circumstanced.

In view of the above, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
