Ms.Sharda Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kowakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding recovery of submersible motor from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact he is a mechanic by profession, during the course whereof, the said submersible motor had been brought to him for repairing. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 08.09.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69736 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner herein to be released on bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Nawada in connection with Kowakole (Rupau) P.S. Case No. 272 of 2019.
