JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner undertakes to pay back the entire compromised amount to the informant-Bank within three months of his provisional release from custody.

Learned counsel for the Bank agrees to the proposal of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16734 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 P2/ named, be released on provisional bail for three months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No.530 of 2017.
