2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons are that they assaulted the injured person. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the petitioner by means of iron rod and injury was found to be simple in nature vide Annexure 2 of the application. There is also admitted land dispute between the parties.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also injury is found to be simple in nature, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghoghas) P.S. Case No. 967 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
