Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person committed loot at the Petrol Pump. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation on suspicion.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I. Parade. Investigation of the case is already closed.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16467 of 2018 (5) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mahua Police Station Case No. 219 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
