2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil Police Station Case No. 413 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2023.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons have murdered the deceased in a brutal manner. They have cut the throat of the deceased.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the brutal murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner though co-accused have been granted bail. This application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the
