The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that on 14.06.2019 about 11 A.M. all FIR named accused persons including petitioner came to the house of informant and forced his son to go with them. After three hours, he was informed by the police that his son had been recovered from jungle in injured condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation has attributed against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
