In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the FIR it appears that the dispute arose on account of money matter as he has claimed transaction of Rs.50,000/- that led to filing of case and counter case from both sides.

Allegation has been made against Sarvajeet Ram, petitioner to have caused injury by Farsa. The injury report which is Annexure-2 shows that the other side received simple injury as well as the petitioner received grievous injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Looking to the entirety of the matter, let the petitioner above named in event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran/Successor Court in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under section 438 (2) Cr.PC and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his close relative. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. In case of failure on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the court below will have liberty to take decision in accordance with law.
