JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Except that petitioner is member of the assembly, there is no material fact to suggest that petitioner assaulted the informant side.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
