JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-03-2018 In the matter of issuance of tender notice by the Nagar Nigam in question, the petitioner, an elected member, has filed the writ petition in public interest and seeks quashment of etender notice issued in the matter of implementation of Saat Nischay programme of the State Government under the Mukya Mantri Shahari Naali-Galli Pakkikarn Nischay Yojna. At the instance of the petitioner with regard to the issue in question, for the present, in a public interest litigation under Article 226 of the Constitution, we are not inclined to interfere

The representation submitted by the petitioner, according to the petitioner, is not being considered by respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and the State Government. If that be so, petitioner should file a certified copy of this order before respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 along with copies of her representation and we direct respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time.
With the aforesaid, the matter stands disposed of. Needless to emphasise that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the writ petition and it is exclusively for the authorities concerned to look into the matter and take action as may be permissible in law.
