2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 614 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that these petitioners along with others assaulted on the head of the informant and his brother by means of lathi due to which they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that accused persons took away Rs. 32,000/- cash, two mobile
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.662 of 2024(3) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 phones of his brother, golden chain and ring.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity and land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Further submission is that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature.
5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/or in-charge, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 614 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
