Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The impugned order would reveal that coaccused Shubham Kumar @ Shibu is alleged to have caused firearm injury at the abdomen of Amit Kumar. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others of commission of assault. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
