Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner's counsel submits that the injuries reported in the post mortem report do not suggest the same to be case of strangulation. It is further submitter that the case is of suicide. The daughter of the informant was married with the petitioner in 2014 and she has suffered homicidal injury in the Sasural. Allegation is of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and repeated demand is there. Petitioner, being husband, is primary responsible for the safety of his wife.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court, for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18009 of 2018 (4) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 the present, is not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail. The same is rejected.
