2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 301 of 2022 arising out of Kotwali P.S Case No. 202 of 2022 from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 15.04.2022.

4. Earlier, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 61623 of 2023 vide order dated 23.04.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the
