2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 727 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-140(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner and one Surendra Sharma kidnapped the husband of the informant and demanded ransom of Rs. 4,00,000/- on mobile phone of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The co-accused Nishant has admitted that the petitioner used to supply labourers. Learned counsel has submitted that there was some money dispute and that is why,

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 727 of 2024.
