====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.119 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(A) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 1100 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali Liquor, kept in a bag, which was being carried by this petitioner on a bicycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 20.12.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17612 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.119 of 2017.
