JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barauni P. S. Case No. 512 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Section 8 & 9 of the Seeds Act, 1966.

As per F.I.R. there are several irregularities were found in the agency of the petitioner, which is dealing with the seeds processing, when the authority concerned, raided the premises of his company.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this concern against the order of cancellation, the license of the petitioner, he has moved before the Court in the writ jurisdiction and the said order of cancellation of license of the petitioner has been quashed and the direction was given for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73410 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 taking action against the erring officer.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P. S. Case No. 512 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
