2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 328, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier, the prayer of this petitioner for grant of bail has been dismissed as withdrawn vide this Court Order dated 27.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7454 of 2023.

4. Trial Court reveals that out of 9 charge-sheet witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the accusation and progress of trial, prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected.

7. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same proceeding preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
