In the background of previous animosity there has been allegation at the end of the informant (injured) Abhinav Kumar Singh @ Mantu Singh to the effect that while he along with his brother were taking tea at Shankar Dhaba, Raj Tilak Singh along with two others fired indiscriminately causing serious injury to him. Though, the informant had not alleged against the petitioner but, his brother and others have stated that the petitioner along with Manoranjan were found nearby shadowing them.

As per para 3 of the petition, it is apparent that the petitioner has got chequered history, however, in the facts and

No.75785 of 2019(3) dt.27-05-2020 2/2 circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Chandan Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.206 of 2019.
