Mr. Pawan Kumar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. SONI SHRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(2), 115(5), 126(2), 351(2), 352, 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the first information report made by the informant is that the petitioners indulged in abusing and assault by entering into the house of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits at the outset that the petitioners are father, mother and bother of the daughter-in-law of the informant and the present case has been lodged by the daughter of the informant as a pressure tactics in order to compromise Udakishunganj P.S. case No. 197 of 2025, which was lodged just a day before the present case, under Section 498(A) of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76927 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 the I.P.C. against the informant and his family and it is only a counterblast that the present case was filed without any basis.
5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the grant of anticipatory bail on the basis of allegations made in the first information report.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the present case is a counter blast of the case filed by the daughter of the petitioners under Section 498(A) against the informant and his family, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 199 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
