2. The petitioners seeks regular bail in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023 registered on 01.09.2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against six named accused persons including the petitioners.
4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are well known to each other. Counsel further submits that petitioner no. 1 has two antecedents in which he is on bail whereas petitioner no. 2 has clean antecedent.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 02.09.2023.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
