Petitioner, already in custody since 20.01.2017, seeks bail in connection with Mainatand P.S. Case No.02 of 2017, registered under Sections 366(A), 363 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement and the girl herself has stated that nothing wrong was committed with her and she appears major as the court has also assessed her age 17 years.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Dhirendra Singh @ Jitendra Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
