739 (Annexure 4) because the accountant general sent as letter for revise the pension and wants to recovery from the pension, the petitioner has already been retired on 31 January, 2015 and pension has been issued to the petitioner and according to that, the petitioner has received his pension after retirement, the petitioner has got pension till today and other retiral benefit also been paid to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner, by referring to Annexure-K of the counter affidavit, submits that the impugned letter dated 14.08.2023, as contained in Letter No. 739, has already been withdrawn, and the reference can be made from the letter dated 06.10.2023 issued by the office of the Accountant General.

3. In view of the submission made by counsel for the State in reference to Annexure-K, the grievances of the petitioner is redressed, and accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
