2. The present M.J.C. has been filed for initiation of proceeding for contempt against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.08.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4109 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the State has filed a show-

Patna High Court MJC No.3368 of 2023(4) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 cause in which vide Annexure R/A, he has placed a Memo No. 611-2 dated 22.02.2024 by which he submits that the District Magistrate on 22.02.2024 in compliance of the order dated 02.08.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4109 of 2023 has passed a reasoned and speaking order and as such, there is no disobedience of Hon'ble Court's order.

4. In the light of the submissions made, the present M.J.C. petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that if he aggrieved with the aforesaid order, he may challenge the same before appropriate forum.
