The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No.244 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the entire occurrence of offence took place because of dispute relating to passage. The injuries caused are all simple in nature. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a student of M.B.A. having no criminal antecedent and his name has been given in the first information report due to malice. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

No.18301 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.
