The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016 registered under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married about five years ago to Mithilesh Saw and he along with his family members assaulted his daughter and killed her. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. Inquest report does not show any external injury. Postmortem report also does not show any external or internal injury on the person of the deceased. Deceased died due to different ailment.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18023 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 Husband has already surrendered in the Court below and he is in custody. Married sister-in-law has already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased and husband is already in custody, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
