JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 13.8.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 50206 of 2019. Again this application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that co-accused has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 24.9.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 60440 of 2019, which appears to have been passed after the order passed by this Court of rejecting prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court. However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender and pray

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77723 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 for regular bail.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
