Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No.1 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the allegation, some creationisms have intercepted the informant , snatched away the ornaments and another articles on the point of pistol and the petitioner is accused in one more case of similar type.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner and there is no recovery. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73530 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 bail on the ground that in such type of cases custodial interrogation is required as such the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail..
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
