Patna High Court CWJC No.740 of 2020(3) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondents no. 3 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.
